Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of AiManema. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We've kept them short and readable.

The service

AiManema is a conversational project manager that turns what you say into a structured plan and reflective views. It's offered on an “as is” basis and is under active development — features may change, and it's currently in early access.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure. You must be at least 16 to use AiManema.

Your content

You own everything you put into AiManema. You grant us the limited permission needed to store your content and send it to the AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy, solely to operate the features you use. We don't claim ownership of your work and we don't sell it.

AI outputs are not professional advice

AiManema uses AI models that can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. In particular, the money and budgeting features are organizational tools, not financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice. Review anything important before you rely on it, and consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.

Acceptable use

• Don't use AiManema for anything illegal, or to store or generate unlawful or harmful content.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or its security.
• Don't resell or misrepresent the service, or use it to infringe others' rights.

Plans & billing

AiManema offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. During early access, Pro features are available at no charge and billing is not yet enabled. When paid plans launch, prices, what's included, and refund terms will be presented clearly before you're ever charged, and continued use of a paid plan will be subject to those terms.

Availability

We aim to keep AiManema running well but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change or discontinue features. Keep your own copy of anything critical.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiManema is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using AiManema and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the “last updated” date will change accordingly.
